Our Story

Holy Shiit@ke! Jerky was created and founded by us while searching for a healthy, savory snack that’s plant based, especially concerned for their two growing boys. Our family of adventurous palettes searched high and low and came upon the inconspicuous shiitake mushroom. Shiitake mushrooms are a nutritional powerhouse packed with vitamin D, selenium, potassium and other antioxidants. It was a great way to get our boys to eat their vegetables without a standoff at snack time. After countless days of experimenting with different cooking methods and recipes, we crafted three fantastic flavors and Holy Shiit@ke! Jerky was born. This snack is a triumph of the human tastebud and an irresistible snack that the health-conscious to vegan-curious will dance battle for. We genuine want you to enjoy a bag of our Holy Shiit@ke!
