The aroma is unassuming, but your first bite is anything but. This vegan jerky snack has an immediate intense spice from red peppers that's soothed by the coconut sugar. All the while you'll feel the gradually heat of the sriracha. Growing to a crescendo... and that's when you reach in for another handful.
We only use the best ingredients that are gluten and soy free and dehydrate the shiitake mushroom to slowly bake them into the perfect jerky texture. Holy Shiit@ke! Jerky's consistency mimics the meaty profile of beef jerky and each flavor is an adventure.
You wouldn't know it's a shiitake even when it's stuck in between your teeth.
